Dude, there are thousands of people involved in top secret programs all over our military and rarely do their plans leak to the public. Compartmentalization works wonders. But that’s kind of besides the point, because if they decided the best way to engineer weather on a large scale is through the airline industry, they’d probably have done so by designing a special kind of fuel with nanoparticulate in the mix, so a typical jet engine can still function using that fuel but the exhaust it puts out acts as a cloud seeding mechanism, then the only people who would know are the few involved in the early stages of the fuel production when the nanoparticulates are introduced into the mix, beyond that nobody would have a clue. I think that theory holds some potential, but honestly, cloud seeding is 60 year old tech, pretty outdated stuff. Seems more likely that if they’re weaponizing weather to sell the climate change agenda, which they probably are, it’s being done with tech that’s far more advanced than cloud seeding.
