It does though, all depending on the dew point. They’re called persistent contrails, there’s a scientific name for those clouds too but I can’t remember it, something cirrus clouds. These type of contrails do have an affect on the weather, one they noticed after 9/11/01 when all flights were grounded and temps dropped a few degrees below what they should have been because the manmade cirrus clouds weren’t there to trap the the suns rads close to the ground.

Now, I’m not denying “chemtrails” (cloud seeding), those programs are obviously real, but they’re traditionally done in the stratosphere, hence the reason the publicly disclosed tests are labelled stratospheric aerosol injections (SAE’s). I think we are way beyond the need for cloud seeding when it comes to weaponizing weather at this point. They can probably create and intensify storms to the max out of nothing by using EMF tech, scaler waves and such. Our government has been involved in weather modification programs for over a hundred years now, way beyond any other government, for sure they have weather weapons nobody else knows about, other than the kikes who are all over DARPA.
