Definately a troon, but a faggier than normal one.

Honestly the troons remind me of a Sci-Fi novel called the Positronic Man. Its about a robot who ends up developing sapiency and wants to be a human to the point he attempts to grown an organic body and transplant his consciousness into it, but it ends up killing him.

The most charitable interpretation is that he thinks artificial wombs will be brought to market for troons and he wants to use some for the fourteen words instead, but even that's disgusting transhumanism.
