Just remember that there are large swaths of muslim women who agree to that.
Remember how we do not tolerate men raping and harassing women, and actively step in to prevent that with violence? Similar situation.
I bet there are Afghan women who would tell arbitrary men (or their husbands) that some women is speaking too loudly and must be punished.
OR: Women talk badly about women who speak loudly and consider her something like a witch, heretic or just plain nasty. Just as you would consider an male feminist a disgrace as well.
