Anybody know how to get rid of a kidney stone?

My friend has a massive kidney stone. I remember a discussion here about gall stones and bladder stones, but what about kidney stones? Lemon juice?

sonic pulses pulverize the stones but still need to pass the urethra painful and bloody from your piss hole
