Not sure about greatest story, but I think that both contain biases or some misinformation. Like in europa the rosenthal interview which is sections from mein kampf literally just turned from "they do" to "we do". I found that on some wikipedia "talk" page on the rosenthal interview, where someone compared the text and it was like a 1 to 1 copy, turned from accusations of Hitler to admissions of a jew.
And in GSNT some of the German casualty numbers (like the polish massacres/expulsions) seemed to be inflated, but I'm not sure about that one.
Europa and Greatest story never told surely contain a lot of truth, but it is a bit damaging if it's mixed with false information.

I mean how much are we talking about? Just off by a little bit doesn’t really make a difference in the overall message. If that’s the only mistake in the entire documentary then it’s a pretty solid documentary.

I don't know why you are "rolling your eyes" on this. If you try to convince someone and they debunk one little thing you show them, they will immediately factory reset to an NPC and will be immune to any redpilling attempts for the foreseeable future.

We are talking about brainwashed normie goy cattle here. Do you expect them to be rational? Hard truth = very inconvenient, so they grasp for anything that makes it look illegitimate, to allow them to ignore the whole thing.
Have you never experienced this? Someone starts to listen, but screws up their face and starts pick-pick-poking at what you're saying because they don't like it? Most humans in this situation are not looking to learn, they want to make themselves feel right, and for that they need to find one inaccuracy so they can declare the whole thing suspect and go back to feeling good about themselves. If they can't find that chink in the armor, it is possible they will learn in spite of their intentions, and the badfeelz that come from discovering they were wrong about something.
