I'm not an anthropologist but I do believe there must be multiple tribes in Africa, with some being chubby and basically lazy negroes but peaceful and even kind. Then there are the vicious tribes that do all the murdering and robbing. Probably all cultures have some of this but for some weird reason no blacks in the US want any punishment for the bad blacks. So their situation never improves.

Yes, there are a whole bunch of different tribes, some are benign and could probably maintain a civilization, like the Igbo, while others are utter savages, like the Haitains.

Theyre generally just alcoholic, they might be smart enough to manage a civilization handed to them if the accepted Christ instead of trying to solve their problems with a bottle.
