Correct! [φαρμακεία (*pharmakeia*)](https://biblehub.com/greek/5331.htm)

> Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, **witchcraft**, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God (Galatians 5:19-21)

The word here translated "witchcraft" is *pharmakeia*.

> And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy **sorceries** were all nations deceived (Revelation 18:23)

The word here translated "sorceries" is *pharmakeia*. See also Revelation 9:21, 21:8, 22:15.

I actually have mixed opinions on using psychedelics for this purpose. There's some evidence that the early church used psychedelics. Although this was probably a holdover from pagan European practices which uses psychedelics extensively

That being said, psychedelics can open people up to faith and I've heard testimonies from people I know that they got to learn God better and were more steadfast in their faith due to psychedelic usage.

Keep in mind also, it's the jew that has been trying to keep a ban on non addictive psychedelics for years now to sell people addictive drugs and antidepressants instead.

I believe that if you use psychedelics in good consciousness to learn more of God, then they can be beneficial. If you use them strictly to get high, you open yourself up to bad experiences.

I take a cautionary but mixed view towards drugs like marijuana and hallucinogenics because of how much the jew specifically has pushed the drug war and the overall narrative in the past, and the fact that this same narrative was non existent prior

I don't know shit about this guy though

Not only that, but cannabis is probably one of the least-processed 'drugs' there is. It's literally just a flower, cut from the plant, and then dried in a specific manner.

Hardly anything like what goes into even a pill you get over the counter.

It's about the intent of use. A solution to a problem, which God gifted to us in the form of a plant.

Sub-perceptive levels of psilocybin can actually heal the brain over time. In my experience, it's helped me resolve resentments and other issues that developed in my earlier life from gross neglect. One major factor in my use is that it's in conjunction with my belief in God and that the goal of use is sanctification through facing traumatic experiences head on, not escaping from them.
