It's crazy. I was drinking beer and forgot to eat. I got very drunk, but was unable to understand it. Lost control over my body and fell over a wooden chair. Next morning my ribs were hurting so much that I got scared and ended up in ER. Doctor said my ribs are not broken, but I need to stay in bed for a few days. I feel pain when I move, or even cough or sneeze. Never drink, even beer, on empty stomach.

No, I'm not yet 60. If you don't trust me, try to drink on empty stomach, you will end up in ER like me. We will talk later. I do know that you need food and water when drinking. The problem is when you are tired, you can forget this, and get drunk without understanding how this happened, with the same amount of alcohol you usually have.
I drank like half a bottle of wine after my breakup when i was 18

About 8 big cans. It happened once before. I just fell back on my garden grass once before some years ago. I was lucky, because there were rock made stairs nearby. I didn't know it's dangerous to drink without food and water. This time I was not lucky because I forget it and landed on a chair. I'm really thinking to make written rules when I drink, otherwise I will die sooner or later.
