That does not really sound like a thing, especially since judeo capitalist doctors prefer to mutilate delusional White people, not only for shekels, but also to stop White people from breeding.
Kikes want those invading aztecs to breed like vermin, so I doubt th' kikes are giving those aztecs very many mutilation surgeries.
