This is similar to what I do on my own land.
I never got building permits. I'm off grid. I have underground bunkers, cabins built into the hill side, buildings completely hidden by canopies of trees, no obvious roadways into the property, thorn bushes pyracantha and all kinds of obstructions to entering the property.
