brain imaging studies have proven that leftists have more empathy towards rocks than their own family

they hate themselves, but they are also undeserving narcissists, so they project that self hatred onto others.

This has been my exact experience. A perfect example is how many treat cats, and dogs compared to their own unborn children, and even born children.
