She's still missing the point about proportionality.
If those same black people were not 13% of the population but 75% of it, and committed it at the same rate, you would have 5X the black criminals, and therefore around 20 instead of 4. Meanwhile, if the 75% of white people were instead 13%, you would have about 1 white criminal. So by swapping the populations around, you go from 9 total criminals to 21, with over 90% of the criminals being blacks. This means that blacks have a crime issue and need to shape up or ship out.
If you told this to her and she'd understand it because she already managed to get this far, she would just say it's because cops are racist, so they arrest more blacks than whites 🤡
