Spent a lot of time in their spaces and I can tell you that they are genuinely delusional on everything but the tranny question. And I don't mean that generically. They think the Patriarchy is doing trans as an attack on women. At the same time, they authentically believed that they just had to wait for the sleeping giant of Christian Conservatism to wake up and crush the transgenderism phenomenon. That is, they had the standard leftoid belief that "the Christian Right", against whom the left has an unbroken winning streak going back to the 80s regarding public expression, porn, abortion, gay adoption, and gay marriage, is a formidable colossus of political influence and relevance which presents some sort of ready threat to the left.
