I bet the reason we can't see her face is the nose didn't fit the frame.

Also, it's not real cheese when it comes wrapped in plastic.

I've tried to explain this to the rest of my family, but they complain when I buy real cheese that's cut like that because it dries out in the fridge once opened

Try wrapping it in aluminum foil. Also, buy aged cheese as it suffers less from this problem, and tastes better.
