He sounds like a decent guy, about as much as you can be coming from a normie background.
Redpill wise, sounds like he's somewhere in the "Jordan Peterson," phase, but you would probably make a lot of headway if you took him out for a beer and told him about the jews. He seems like he's in a headspace of wanting to know the truth after realizing so much of life was a lie, which is the ideal state to receive the real redpills.
