Jews said they have no power in Russia

I sent an email to Israel's office for Jewish rights, saying that Jews are being persecuted in Russia. They replied that they can't help, because have no power in Russia. This is weird, because I know Jews control Russia since 1917. What do you think?

Their power in Russia is much more limited, though not eliminated, compared to western countries. That's why jews have such rabid hatred of Slavs.
