I agree with this advice, but disagree with offering it in response to crimes committed by these freaks. While I don't think you mean it this way, it has a vibe of acceptance, of "violence is normal for them, so we just have to deal with it".
We should never suggest that this is normal. While kids and friends should be taught not to relax around blacks, that jews rape, and that perverts often tantrum violently, when confronted with the actual violence the correct response is always to call for justice.
