Russia's WWII narrative is very different from the Western (jewish) narrative. Their holohoax denial law is an artifact of residual jewish power, not proof of ownership. (It's not even a holohoax denial law in the same sense as in the west, but a broader anti-Nazi propaganda law according to the Russian narrative of the war)
