in not complicated terms, Putin let the Russian wealthy people keep their wealth as long as they stay out of politics. Over his 30 years in office he slowly removed their influence. That is why the current jews in the US government hate Russia now.

Its not jews killing each other, its jews killing russians and russians killing jews.
