I believe that Mossad and CIA have entire agencies devoted to infiltration and co-opt of grassroots organizations and political parties and movements. You would not be able to publicly advertise a position for your new political party or grassroots operation without CIA agents posing as activists trying to apply and embed themselves within the organization. And they have the time and money and budget and funding and resources to carry it out.
What are we to do if the government violates the constitution and the checks and balances fail? What recourse did the citizenry have? And when is such recourse LEGAL? Will an illegal government always consider any rebellion from the citizenry in response to its violations of Constitutional law to be an illegal terrorist activity? And if that were the case, would any CIA or FBI operative at that point be acting in defense of an illegal and criminal government that violates the Constitutional contract with the people it agreed to govern with enumerations of powers and restrictions on that power? In what court of justice will the citizens who suffer from unagreed upon powers exerted by a criminal government win their just case against an illegal government actor or agent? Certainly not in the government's own rigged courts in which we have already established that the checks and balances designed into the Constitution have failed.
It seems to me that Hezbollah and Iran and some of those militant groups fighting Israel have problems with infiltration and espionage by jews.
Did anyone track down where antifa was getting the bulk of its funding and who some of their leadership is?

Wasn't antifa literally created by jews? I remember seeing a very old video with a bunch of jews and the antifa logo as it is still used today.

2A. And yes they will. But the answer is that in the end it doesn't matter what the government says and which laws they establish. While they aren't pushing it too much, most people will tolerate their bullshit. But if people get sick of their shit and rebel in masses, that's the will of the people. It's the government that becomes illegitimate and illegal, the moment they fall out of favor with the people.

I think in Germany for a while they were literally funded by the government, until they were called out and forced to acknowledge that left wing extremism is a thing. In the US it's probably kikes like Soros, maybe the ADL. But I don't know that.
