Just the first and second amendment.

The one I care about that has been trampled the most is the tenth.

Virtually everything you can think of that the federal government does is unconstitutional per the tenth amendment, and this used to be enforced. It stopped being enforced like the flip of a light switch when FDR threatened to pack the Supreme Court. After that, the floodgates were opened. FDR was the worst president in history who did the most damage. You know this to be true because nearly every textbook can be quoted as saying he was the best president in history.
