QRD is niggers in the army were raping, like they did everywhere in the war, and the villagers were pleading to make it stop. The military continued to allow their niggers to rape, like they did everywhere in the war, so the villagers took matters into their own hands. They killed the niggers and hid them in a cave, and the cave became known as nigger cave. Pretty sure the wiki will still pop up if you search Nigger Cave Japan.

There used to be quite a few places like this in the US as well (such as Dead Nigger Creek in Texas), but of course they’ve all been renamed long ago for (((reasons))).
