The vampires and witches in folklore are all jews. All of the old folk tales were warning people to stay away from jews. Especially children, because jews will torture and eat them in ritual communion with demons.

Because Sicilians got raped by Arab Moors, who were mutts with Canaanite ancestry, and jews are also part Canaanite. Though Sicilians generally have roman noses, round faces, and ears above eyeline, while jews have literal beaks that resemble nog noses, significant prognatchism and an almost negroid muzzle, and ears generally below the eyeline. I'm part sicilian and have been mistaken for a jew before based on appearance.
