Correct. If I had my family in the car and they did that, I would kill them as self defense. I have no reason to believe if they are willing to cause an accident that they are not willing to kill my family

Under Texas state law, since you posted this online, it is now premeditated murder. Just FYI. Ask Sgt. Perry. He killed an ANTIFA in self-defense, but since he posted his right-wing philosophies online on social media, he was convicted of murder. Sgt. Perry was pardoned by the governor eventually, but that's only because it was a high profile case.
