It would have to be a thorough nuking to kill everyone in the city. It's more likely that downtown skyscrapers would be destroyed and most people would survive the nukes. More to the point, the residents of little Africa/China/India/Mexico neighborhoods would survive. However, the economy and modern utilities would instantly implode. The difficulty of survival would go up 40 IQ points and that would return America to a white nation.

It wouldn't have to kill them all to kill them all, niggers can't survive without kikes feeding them via welfare, and the panic would ensure they would be lawless hellholes no one would be delivering supplies to. The niggers would chimp out and get themselves killed by people who can aim and Bob's your uncle.
