Ishmaelite Arabs were already heavily intermixed with Canaanates and Egyptians (the former of which is already a negroid/hamite race, albeit one not dark of skin), I guess them mongrelizing further would explain the decline of Islam into its present degenerated state.

Arianism and Iconoclasm are the most obvious elements of Islam, so its bizarre seeing Christian Heretics act as though they have more in common with judaism than Islam, since a lot of forms of Protestantism have an iconoclastic streak.
