With everything going on, our fellow Christians brother are all over the place mentally. Everything going on around us can lead us mentally into dark places that we need to figure out how to get oneself out of. Even if we need to lean on one another. For example i would ride my 🚴🏻 bike to better my self but that has since stopped. So i tue flies for fishing to distract myself and to really think.
