The picture is from World War 1, which was definitely a lot more of a petty dick measuring contest between world powers than WW2. Jews did have motives for sure (as always) but there wasn't really an effort to do anything about them before or during the war by anyone, and it wasn't fought because of this in the first place

My point is nobody fought ww1 against them. In all actuality the ottoman empire was the target of the jews during ww1, not any other central power, because Palestine was controlled by the ottomans
