I think the Pakis might edge them out slightly due to their prerferrment of first cousin marriages. The Ashkenaz are a small group with lots of inbreeding but I think most of the marriages have a wider degree of separation than the Pakis do.
Ashkenazi family trees have a lot of loops connect to other loops like chainmail. The pakis are like braided wire.

Both their gene pools are fucked up, but given the sheer amount of hereditary diseases commonly, or even exclusively occurring among Ashkenazi jews, I'd assume they're worse off.
Pakistan also has a population of 240 million, which should somewhat mitigate the problem.
My point is that the pakis arent actually drawing from the whole population. They have a strong preference for first cousin marriage.
The ashkenazi have a small population but they marry anyone within that population.
The average paki marries their cousin and has at least since the 1200s but likely before that as well. Islam just further entrenched what they were already doing.
In London, a decade ago, pakis made up less than 3% of the pop and over half of the birth defects.
Pakis have the highest rate of consanguinious marriage in the world.
