Fattie probably grew up its whole life being called fat, not getting sexual attention, experiencing moments of public humiliation like not physically fitting somewhere or crushing a chair to death, etc, etc. The process of intelligence is associative. "Fat" related to "exercise" by association and all the data for "fat" is "FUCK YOU, DISGUSTING, REEEEREEEE." The only positive association in their mind that relates to their fatness.... is the chemical animal pleasure of eating more food.
It's the same way training a dog. People misapply negative enforcement and end up training neuroticism into the dog. Lets say you yell or yank on the leash when the dog pulls. Eventually it associates BEING OUTSIDE with stress, which will cause it to pull more, even though your intent was to stop the pulling.

Most fat people who will go to a gym will feel self conscious and ridiculous without any mocking, they are there because they know they have a problem and are gross. If a bunch of fit people start being friendly and telling them if they want any advice or help let them know etc. it really encourages them to continue losing weight. I’m all for advancing the White race and undoing jewish poison. Whenever I'm in the gym, and I see some fat fuck busting balls and actually breaking a sweat, I will ALWAYS compliment their work or give them a thumbs up of some kind. It takes them longer to see results from their work, it's important that other people reinforce the desire to exercise so that they will be encouraged to keep going.

I eat one enormous meal and one light meal. Like a 2000/600 type split. It's worked for me my whole life.
Big meal is had after workout/work has activated a ravenous appetite. Small meal is had shortly before bed.
