I did a bit of lookup on half-white half-koreans. They pretty much dominate k-pop and fashion. Depends on which white and Korean subgroup though. Some Koreans are whiter than most whites.

Not to mention the white race dominated most societies in ancient history. Korea was one of a number of places with white royalty and nobility but darker subjects. Go look at ancient paintings of royalty. The yangban are likely white descendants.
