You just have to choose a Link Post and paste in the full URL to the tweet. The same applies to YouTube, Rumble, etc.
Note that these links will initially appear as just a plain link post, so you'll think you did it wrong - but it will automatically turn into a fancy interactive embed (within about a minute or so).
As long as that URL would take you to the right video/post when you click or copy-paste it into the browser's address bar, it should become an embed if Scored supports embedding for that site/URL format. I'm not sure about things like playlist/channel URLs, those might stay as a basic URL with no embed.
EDIT: for Twitter I think the link might also have to be in the main tweet format, not a direct media link (i.e., no */photo/1* etc. at the end of the URL like you get when you make a tweet picture bigger).
