This Act was the first law ever passed granting citizenship to foreigners, and it permitted citizenship to be granted exclusively to free Whites of good moral character who had lived in America for at least two years.
America was a country created for Whites. It was never supposed to belong to any other race, and no other race should have ever been granted citizenship per the Founding Fathers.
