We used to do this kind of stuff as a society. You either worked at the family business or you found an apprenticeship. This went the way of the dodo when we stopped giving a shit about our kids and each other, and more so due to the rise of factory mass production. It further declined by the time "work" became moving money around and importing cheap bullshit from overseas.

Now instead of the family business, you're indoctrinated to move to the city and work for some jew who mass produces most of his product in third world shit holes.

Currently, 70% of family businesses fail or are bought out. Most don't make it to the second generation due to incompetence and/or neglect from either the parents or the kids.
