People on here say to shop at a farmers market instead of a grocery store. I went today and a vendor was selling a dozen of eggs for $10. Everything is extremely overpriced and it seems that there are a lot of resellers.

Farmers markets and "farm fresh" people *can* be some of the biggest scammers because unfortunately, a decent size of their clientele are yuppie scum hipster type people who will happily pay $15 for a gallon of raw milk so they can brag about it to the rest of their yuppie scum hipster "organic" friends. As long as there are fools out there willing to be took, there are going to be people trying to take them. Your best bet would be to find people unaffiliated with anything just selling raw milk or eggs on their own. Which is albeit more difficult. The thing you have to understand though is that it *does* cost more to produce things the natural/healthier way because everything you see in the stores is artificially deflated in price due to the typical Big Jew tricks. But there is a boundary between a reasonable price for a gallon of raw milk or a dozen eggs (5-10 dollars and 3-5 dollars respectively) and unreasonable.

Speaking from experience, go driving around in rural neighborhoods long enough and eventually you will find "EGGS" spray painted on a piece of plywood outside someone's drive.

Yep, seen it a million times. The raw milk people are harder to find though.

I grew up in rural wPA and there was always this one family along rt38 who would have "BODACIOUS CORN" for sale in the 90s.

I had about 10 chickens when I was growing up and we had more eggs than we knew what to do with. We were literally just giving them away to people. Consistently had 3 or 4 flats of eggs at all times.

One of my best friends had chickens. His family with his 4 half sibilings lived in a run down double wide trailer and his room was an addition they built out of 2x4s and plywood that wasn't connected to the heating ducts and the insulation was just exposed, he heated it with kerosine space heaters. My family had apple trees, a raspberry bramble, and patches of mint and rhubarb.

There was a video of a guy that bought pies from walmart or some whatever grocery store and sold them at the farmers market for $15 per half. It was funny

Realistically speaking, farmers markets should be cheaper than any store as you cut out the middleman. I buy a dozen eggs at $1.5 and that includes to door delivery. The farmer makes regular rounds weekly to save a lot on delivery cost.

Best thing about farm fresh is that it'll last for months, not just days or weeks like chlorine bathed eggs were the protective layer is removed. So it is possible to buy large quantities of eggs, raw milk, potato, carrots and such and keep it stored.

Most farms prefer to sell in bulk anyway and will happily give discounts if you buy plenty. The bigger order, the less shekels for schlomo on transaction fees.
