hmmmmmmm unless they are 14 year old stalking and rape victims who were kidnapped in the middle of the night during a break-in by a 67 stalker, kidnapper, and rapist who was released on bail pending a trial for stalking, kidnapping and raping the 14 girl he victimized and who was going to testify against him during his impending trial who he just kidnapped during a home invasion
