Better you remake it properly rather then spreading the original around.

Your eyes are not crazy though, the renovations were quite extensive including ["repositioning"](https://www.enr.com/articles/57510-best-project-and-best-project-finalist-renovation-restoration-book-depository) ( [screenshot](

The renovation of the Book Depository is part of a broader initiative by Ford Motor Company to redevelop a portion of Corktown into a mobility innovation hub focused on electric vehicles and mobility solutions. I can't find anything specific saying the Ford district renovation or the historic Book Depository restoration /renovation received government funding, although AI says it couldnt find any publicly available information but in general there may have been tax incentives, economic development programs, or public-private partnership programs.
So suppose the government did help Ford, which president was in power during the 2018-2022 renovation?
Ford owns the whole district and is leasing it to tech bros so i imagine they will take care of it and have private security. I would predict nearby areas will gentrify up as the rich guys wanna move near their work.
Forget about the damage of nuclear weapons, biological weapons have been the biggest source of destruction for the last century.
Eh, it's really all about niggers and shitskins.
