>estrogen
If you drank a gallon of milk every single day, the amount of estrogen would be completely insignificant. The BPAs from the plastic that you *inhale* from the atmosphere, which you cannot do anything about, are notably worse. A man from 60 years ago, who drank far more milk than the average man today, had significantly more testosterone and this is verifiable. It's unremarkable hormone wise.
>sugar
"Sugars = le bad". Lactose doesn't have the same properties as table sugar or HFCS. Not all carbs are the same. Not all sugars are the same. Lactose has a very low glycemic index as well. Like it or not carbs are a necessity for gaining/maintaining weight and also for testosterone levels. Milk is a good source of a good sugar.
>fats
Saturated fats are healthy.
Milk contains protein, carbs, and fats in high amounts (the necessary nutrients) as well as minerals. It's a nutritionally complete food. There isn't anything about it that *is* unhealthy.
