Incredible how despite our stats being skewed to include every possible mexican/s.a. criminal as white, the resulting bloc is still ridiculously less crimey than the black bloc. The intent is basically statistical affirmative action and just like real affirmative action is has a real world effect of alerting even superficially-awake normies to the fact that its beneficiaries suck.
