Poland has extremely low unemployment, there legitimately isn't enough people to work at all the factories etc that western european companies built here. This is the reason why countries like Poland or Romania were let into the EU - cheap labour. They exploit it until it gets so expensive here that they'll have to move onto the next countries and accept Albania, Serbia etc. They also can't work below minimum wage here.
