I would round every single law enforcement and send them straight to gitmo for executions. If JAG was turley clean and legit they would be able to weed out anyone that is inocent. Unfortunately I wonder if i would be even able to count on 1 hand legit law enforcement. They are to fucken stupid, and being low IQ stupid is not an excuse.

It's corruption. It's complacency with abhorrent behavior from others and themselves, aka taking bribery at the detriment of society. This happened before in the past - a lot - and it happens again.
