Honestly, I think the Indian caste system is far more meritocratic that Weimarica. At least the Brahmins tend to be smarter and more accomplished than the average jeet. In Weimarica, the only way to advance is either compromising your morals to make wage-slaving your whole identity (and even then youll get nowhere) or knowing the (((right people))). "Muh Education" is a complete lie, I can say that from personal experience college, even for STEM, is a waste of time and money. In a sane country, the businesses would either be passed down in the family or community, or at least be willing to shell out the money and time to train people on the job. Instead they expect the worker to go into debt to even think at having a chance of getting in the door, and even then its still *who* you know (or identifying as the correct "oppressed" minority) that actually gets you the job.
