Parasitic Nepotism isnt a form of intelligence, at least not in the long run. Its effective short-term, but only ensures problems will manifest themselves in the long run as the people being given positions get stupider and stupider. I theorize thats why the jews have been getting more careless as of late, the ones running things were given their positions not because they were skilled subverters, but because they were related to the jews who got in the door first.
