They hate all Europeans. Actually they hate everyone period, even other jews, but europeans in particular. The brutality with the Irish is a combination of the jews infiltrating the British government and the already existing hatred of the Irish among the British and particularly the upper class (which was entirely fomented by the Normans, who weren't much better than jews, and whose descendants still make up most of the upper crust of Britain)
So you get one group of people who hate all whites (jews) combined with a group of people who aren't fond of a specific group of whites (Norman British with the irish), so it creates that specific scenario. That's likely why this guy in OP was able to convince queen Victoria that starving 1 million Irish isn't a bad thing, if he suggested to starve Wales (let's say that Wales produces as many potatoes as Ireland for this one), for instance, there probably wouldn't have been a famine period, because he would have likely been rejected. But, as I already said, they infiltrated a government that already had a longstanding hatred of the Irish, so that brutality towards them went unchecked and they had a field day with it.
