No such thing, at least not as a technical term. Based on the coomer soyjack I assume it's some kind of (((pornography site))) tho. That and all sorts of scams are the only thing hosted in israel.

"Dark web" is more of a layman term for onion routing, TOR and supposedly some of the decentralized networks out there which by design has no censorship and put users in control over all the content.

Not to be confused with "deep web" which is stuff on the open internet not indexed by search engines, which is roughly 95% of all the content.

Ironically israel has to be the most unreliable place on earth to host anything, even the big cloud providers frequently lose power and connectivity in that shithole. And every time it happens all degeneracy seems to vanish temporary from the internet. (((They))) really do shit were they eat.
