Spreading the word makes a difference, when these big accounts see lots of people doing it they feel emboldened. That's why I'm against people saying oh it doesn't matter naming the jew etc. Always name the jew, it matters or they wouldn't have to spend billions on censoring the whole fuckin Internet.
