$126 ... That's almost a week and a half of nutritious, wholesome food that you have to cook yourself ...

Oh, wait ... *that's* what the catch is ...

I don’t know man, unless you’re talking about mostly beans, tuna, and peanut butter, EVEN THEN, you’re not going to get decent nutrition to maintain muscle, and surely not gain it at that price anymore. Even though I buy a whole cow with other family members, and eat shit like chicken thighs, eggs, and whole chickens among other things, not including a few supplements I enjoy to help with recovery and extra nutrition, I’m spending at least $25 a day on food now. I’d say I average closer to $30 a day most days. That’s $800 or more a month on food alone for me.

With that said, I’m sure she’s not exerting herself, and exercising and lifting heavy regularly, so she should be able to get by spending $15-20 a day($450-$600) a month. Unless you’re talking about eating a bunch of starches, and some processed shit, there’s no way you’re getting through a week, and a half for $125 on a regular basis right now, unless you aren’t varying your diet, and attempting to get most of your vitamins minerals, and general nutrition from said food. I just don’t see how it’s possible right now to accomplish this regularly, and consistently. I’d love to be proven wrong.

While everyone is giving it a hard time for buying alcohol, remember, most people consuming alcohol are doing it to cope with a judaised society that has sucked all that is good from it. The real problem is the jew.

I just typed up something similar before I got to your response fren. If you scroll up, you can see it. Bottom line, is food is very expensive right now even if you cook, if you want to eat decent quality food with some actual nutrition. I can easily see myself eating $90-100 of food in three days. That’s only for myself. Add in a wife, and small child, and I can easily see that reaching $175-200 for three days.

I saw a Jewishcontributions infograph a month or two ago about how most of the prolific alcohol distributers/promoters were Jewish but I can't seem to find it now.

Have you been to one lately fren? While yes, it’s likely still cheaper, and better quality food still, it’s still much higher than it was.

No I wish, the ones near me are expensive. It kills me buying groceries from Dillons when the food is nowhere near as great.

Ramen is literally goyslop

Just basic carbs and preservatives

Though technically you can add tuna and dried seaweed to it to make it somewhat nutritional

You might as well just swallow cancer. The litmus test should be what can you eat, and thrive on, not what can you “survive” on. Yeah, any fucking normie and NPC can survive of $10 a day if they only eat “cheap” processed body destroying cancer causing trash.
