Not only does the lithium mine have fuck all to do with Asheville but even the proposed site doesn't take out any existing sites or structures. They bought a bunch of empty land.

Not anywhere, *nowhere*, does anything exist about a lithium mine near Asheville that is older than last week. This was blatantly invented and spread by malicious entities to fuck with your brain and make you look foolish.

Is there any conceivable way this could have been slight misinformation or telephone gamed?

Like the mine is owned by people who live in Asheville or something, or is somehow incorporated into its township through some ancient border drawing crap? Would the site of Asheville be better suited for processing? I don't know, anything...

Or is this straight *"The lithium mine sits right under asheville bro!"* type of stupid?
