That's...not true. Obviously there are lithium mines all over the world and your 2nd quartz screencap mentions that the second biggest supplier is in Belgium.
Further, the quartz mine is as far from the lithium mine as it is from Ashville. It doesn't look like there's anything happening within 50 miles of the lithium mine?
